No. Direct billing is not offered at this time. Support with S services may not be covered by insurance providers. It is the responsibility of the client to check their coverage. Payment is due in full on the day of appointment. 

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. No show will be charged 100%. 

Preferably e-transfer. Cash or cheque are also accepted. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. If payment is not received after 30 days, a flat fee of $25.00 per unpaid month will be added to your invoice. 

Psychosocial rehabilitation is an evidence-based approach to helping people with mental illnesses. It is an integral part of the recovery process and promotes a satisfactory quality of life.  It is person-centred, patient, collaborative and individualized. It is a strengths-based approach that helps clients with life skills, social skills, and meaningful hobbies, employment and/or connections. Ongoing mental health assessments and counselling are included in this service. This service also ideally includes the involvement/input of family, but this is not a requirement. Outreach Counselling sessions includes 60 minutes of time dedicated to you. I will work with you in "real life" to assess and support you in environments that may be challenging for you. Clinical office space can be quite controlled. This may not prepare you for the triggers you will encounter outside of the office. Every person is different and I offer a dynamic approach to supporting you based on YOUR needs. Outreach sessions do not include any additional costs that may occur as a result of the chosen activity/location. These are the responsibility of the client and will be discussed prior to the appointment. 

Becoming a Support with S Wellness Partner is FREE to enrol. You receive 50% off up to 2 Wellness Passports for your establishment/practice. Increase your visibility and clientele in the health & wellness field (i.e FREE marketing!). You have the opportunity to connect with other practitioners who offer services that may complement yours. You have the chance to come together in community to support our community holistically. All Support with S Wellness Partners are carefully vetted with firsthand experience of the service(s). Support with S creates a relationship with the providers based on similar values of integrity; high quality service delivery; safety; and compassion.
